Flowers arrived in a squashed torn thin cardboard box.
Flowers were dying after two days when they should have been in full bloom! (Won't allow me to download a photo on here)
Completely spoilt the surprise, day and Anniversary occasion.
Should have gone to local supermarket and bought a bouquet from there for less money and more flowers!
Got a refund but won't be using them again.
