I ordered next day delivery, on Saturday evening. I fully expected the delivery to be on Monday as promised. However, Monday I was told they had been dispatched for delivery Wednesday, then Wednesday I was told the delivery wouldn’t be till Friday. I tried numerous times to contact you to cancel but your contact details were incorrect.
The person who was to receive the flowers is very sick and I was left very disappointed.
