Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered a same day delivery of flowers this morning. Cost extra for same day, then at 2.22pm they contact to say they cannot fulfill the delivery today. They wanted to deliver another day but we're not willing to give any kind of compensation. So I said no I would like a refund and I now have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to process my refund. Absolute terrible service.
