I sent a bouquet for Christmas to my friend in Gorleston for Christmas. When the flowers arrived - the first thing my friend noticed was that the box had been tampered with. There was a hole in the box flowers were broken. All the leaves on the roses were in such a poor condition they had to be cut off - there were only four stems of freesia and one of those was dying. All in all a bad experience and very upsetting for me who had sent the bouquet. I spent ages trying to report the problems to the "bot" and trying to find a number so I could ring with the complaint. The "bot" could not understand anything I wrote and could not advise how to contact a living person. When I tried telephoning the phone would ring and then it would go dead. I tried this number several times and the result was always the same. I eventually found an address to write to but as yet I haven't written so am glad of this opportunity to vent my unhappiness at the poor service. For your information Order ID DE19BETXM05
