I ordered a bouquet to sned to my husband's parents in France. All fine, or so it appeared.
When it didn't arrive on the specified date I enquired as to the reason why.
Only at this point was I informed that my chosen item wasn't available for overseas delivery.
It was, at this point in time too late to send any flowers in time for Christmas.
Such a shame as previous orders have always been of good quality & delivered on time, but because of this most recent experience, I won't be using Eflorist in the future.
All that was needed was a little information on the website.
