My order didn't turn up on the day and I only found out when I asked the recipient. I complained to the company who said it would come the next day. It did not. When I complained again I was told a couple of days later that it wouldn't now be delivered and they no longer had enough stock. I'm waiting for my money to be refunded. I certainly won't be using them again and would recommend against them.
