The flowers were beautiful and are still looking good. My wife was delighted with them even though they were delivered a day earlier than the date requested. After I spoke to someone at your company, who assured me that why they had been delivered early would be investigated and the reason explained to me, nothing has been heard from your company since! I have ordered several times from you as study of your order book will inform you but I doubt that I will use your company again because of the discourteous way I have been treated.
