I ordered 3 bouquets: one was sent to the wrong address and was more than half dead by the time it was received; one was found upside down by the dustbin; and the third seemed to arrive safely. I am disgusted by your service and suggest that a considerable refund would be in order.
I now read, in your reviews,that I am not the only customer to have been treated this way.
I feel very badly let down
