5 stars for bad service
Do not use this company as there customer service is shockingly bad
I asked within 1hr of my order to change the delivery address and said they couldn't do this so asked for a refund and said they couldn't do this either.
They dont make it easy either to raise a complaint ticket you have to jump through hoops to reach out to them also
My advise would be to use a different service than eflorist as a service
