My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day. On the Friday she had an email saying out for delivery bt Amazon? (she booked for a Saturday delivery) followed by an email shortly afterwards saying the order was cancelled. No phone number to contact eflorist - clearly they do not want to make themselves 'available'. After raising a ticket for a refund on their system and waiting 2 days for a reply they tell us we should chase the courier! Come on E-florist - take some responsibility. Its not for your customers to sort your problems out.
