Their offerings are matched only by their customer Service absolutely terrible. Paid €86.96 for a Mothers Day Flowers, A balloon, A bottle of Prosecco. Seemingly the flowers were upgraded and included free chocolates yippie!!.
The (upgraded) flowers contained 7 Lilly and 4 roses.
The balloon did not arrive
The Bottle of Prosecco arrived smashed
The free chocolates were fine (all 3 of them)
Sent Customer service an email with photos , then then emailed me back asking me for photos of the flowers (typical non read email response)
Resent email - then they asked me for another photo of the flowers!!!
Resent email again - got an email back offer me a choice of 2 bouquets for the inconvience caused!!! Not that i would have taken them but one of the two choices is not available so basically shoving a bouquet of flowers of their choosing down my throat.
I wont be satisified until i get my money back. First and last time I will order of these lot and will continue to post this review every day. STAY AWAY FROM THESE!
