The worst delivery impact ever. I am soooo embarrassed. I sent a bunch of flowers that looked beautiful in the photo but the ones received occupied a fifth of the space, buds unopened and others open but wilted. It looked pathetic. And then there is absolutely nooo customer service post-purchase or email or way of complaining. Do not use this company. you will get the opposite effect of what you desire which is to let someone know you're thinking about them and that you care.
