I can’t put 0 stars as it doesn’t allow me to but I’m seriously disappointed with this service. It was my first and LAST time I use this service. I had made an error on the delivery address and realised this as soon as I had placed the order and consequently contacted eflorist to be told it’s ’too Late ‘
It was simply just an error on the first line of address and should be a ‘simple fix’ but apparently not according to the customer service reply of which I was ‘shut down’
I highly recommend that you don’t waste your money on this so called ‘service’
