Shocking customer service. Paid for next day delivery, checked with Yodel tracking apparently delay in sorting hub and would be 3 days! Immediately emailed EFlorist who were closed on Saturday to cancel and get refund as too late for my mother's birthday. Not interested, no refund. Appalling company. SCAM. DO NOT USE
