I'm deeply disappointed with the service. I ordered a bouquet for a very special occasion, but it arrived a day late and looked nothing like what I had chosen. I had selected a large, bright arrangement, but what was delivered was a small, dull, and cheap-looking bouquet. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with them. I gave them another chance, but both times have been equally frustrating.
They deserve zero star, if this was an option.
