I ordered flowers on 31 December for delivery to my wife as a surprise New Year gift on 3 January. No flowers were delivered and I sent FOUR emails and got no response until I wrote a latter to their Head Office on 12 January. The explanation for the non delivery was poor and disappointing - but I received a full refund on 20 January after using the Visa chargeback scheme.
