Ordered flowers for my daughter in laws birthday, they were delivered on time, l visited a couple of days later, the flowers were not fresh and the bouquet did not resemble the picture on the web at all. When l complained the reason given for the poor quality was that the florist that received the order did not have the correct flowers in stock so had substituted with what they had in stock, l suggest that the next time they substitute they ensure they use fresh flowers, area the flowers went to was Southampton.
I have seen fresher flowers in a leading fuel garage. I rest my case.
