I was happy with the bunch of Rose's, however dissatisfied with the delivery service, as yodel were being very unhelpful, they said my address didn't match the address on the parcel when I tried to verify it, told me to contact EFlorist, I contacted EFlorist who confirmed the flowers would either be given to a neighbour if I was out or redelivered, I was out during the delivery schedule in the afternoon until evening, which I'd explained to eflorist by email. When I got home I then found my flowers were left on the street outside for several hours, not a secure place, not what I requested either, that's why I'm only giving three stars as feel this could be improved, even though the flowers are pretty and luckily weren't taken by passers by, the stress it caused me trying to contact the courier, being cut off during that call and lack of help with changing delivery address to be to my kind neighbour really could of been avoided.
