Your website mentioned a next day delivery; however, when I placed my order on 23/5/2020 I’ve noticed that the delivery is on 26/5/2020 and I couldn't specify the delivery time as well.
All of the above should have been clearly mentioned prior to placing the order and not after having the payment processed.
