Happy with the flowers and were delivered when they said they would.
not happy as when delivered there was no card to say who they were from, and the fact that you saw the note that I had written and they were our first anniversary and my wife didn't is very annoying,if they had been sent from anybody else we wouldn't have known who had sent them. what do you plan to do about it.
