My wife's flowers arrived ok on the correct day. When we opened them we felt they looked some what dried out but as your note indicated we thought they would recover. That did happen with most of them but not all, of the 7 roses 5 recovered 2 remained totally dried out, photo attached.
Also I was under the impression that a box of chocolates would be included in the package or sent separately, that has not happened.
