Placed an order with you as I was the happy recipient of lovely rose & lily bouquet the week before. Have to say ordering & delivery were both really efficient but the bouquet received was not as expected! My very poorly uncle didn’t even get the chocolates! 3 days later & the flowers already look past their best. I requested a pic from my Aunt ( she followed the care instructions to a ‘T’) & was disappointed with what I saw. Have lost confidence in ordering on-line! Ordered the medium Moonlight bouquet. Photo of how it should’ve looked & then the actual bouquet uploaded.😢
