The flowers and the speed of delivery was great. However the delivery person decided to ring the intercom and then leave. I had bought them as a gift so the person who I sent them to had to then go and look for them not knowing what they were looking for. I am disappointed with that delivery service. I'm sure that it's the individual not the company however it has made the experience worse.
