The online part of the the service and communication has been btilliant. However the flowers arrived at 19.00 hrs in very poor condition, as if they had spent many hours in a very hot environment. The bud heads of the alstromeria were nearly dropping off and the Rose's had lost many petals already. This was very disappointing as they were for an isolated 86 year olds Birthday. I happened to there in the garden to witness the flowers arrival and I was embarrassed at their condition. I hope that my experience is an unfortunate experience.
