Flowers ordered for a friend to help deal with a difficult weekend. Eflorist.co.uk offered the delivery date, took the order and payment. I waited to hear from my friend that a surprise delivery had been received. Nothing. Only to hear from eflorist at the end of the afternoon that they'd been unable to make the delivery. What a let down. Yes, an upgraded delivery at a later date was offered but that was meaningless - what was needed was delivery on the date requested and as agreed, so important for this type of service. Will not use again.
