Unfortunately flowers were unable to be delivered for my friends anniversary. Was told they’d be sent be courier the next working day - 2 days later ! I paid extra for same day delivery and as of yet No refund and apparently it’s not going to be the same bouquet I’d ordered .
Fingers crossed they come up trumps !
