The recipient of the flowers does not have a separate workplace nor is it possible for her to wait at home for 12 + hours awaiting a delivery. Further there are no neighbours home on a week day nor is there any management office at the small unit block to assist in accepting a delivery. eFlowers clearly made no attempts to contact the florist and ask if it would be a morning or afternoon delivery. The recipient would be able to stay home for,say, 8am to 1pm but not all day.
eFlowers just reiterated that “ guaranteed times could not be given” ( fair enough, that’s not what I asked for!!). Really poor service!! And if the flowers can’t be delivered, they charge another $15 to redeliver. Great! On a day when the delivery doesn’t mean anything. Don’t use this company. Zero customer service for those that don’t have a business address.
