Total disgrace, not just 3 days late but the flowers and chocolates were late for an 80th birthday, they say order by 9pm for next day delivery, but flowers dead and chocolates melted when they eventually arrived, they were in Yodels ctn for 2 days ! Emailed customer service twice and no reply, it seems the email they give is not accepting emails! Not surprised there is no contact tel number either! Do not use worst Iāve ever used. Oh and no contact tel no either, total conš¤¬recipient took photos
