Ordered a bunch of bespoke cut to size foam, and also pick and pluck foam. They've been perfect for my collectible boxes I make for graphics card collectors.
Peel off the adhesive backing, press into box, add little glue on the sides, and put the pick and pluck foam in. Cannot be easier to remove the little squares, and just add the goodies inside, and the topping layer of foam on top.
Cannot fault their quality and service.
