“Excellent customer service. Fantastic amount of detail on the website about the different types of foam. Ability to buy a custom size is fantastic, it means there's no waste from having to buy a piece larger than required.”

“Easy to place an order and would use again. The only downside is there is no email communication to say that your order has been received, you're left in limbo not knowing if the transaction has been processed, even on checking my credit card payment did not show up immediately on the day the goods were received. If this was addressed I would have given a 5 star rating. From ordering to receipt of goods was 4 days which was superb. Only knew the goods were being delivered as I received a text message from Simpyfoam to say they were out for delivery. Shame that the slight communication issue lets them down.”

“unfortunately the item i ordered was out of stock. I was offered an alternative but i opted for a refund . I received the refund in under 24 hours, great communication throughout the process. I would use them again due to the quality of service i received.”

“Reviewing the shopping experience as I've only just placed an order. Searched for a convoluted non-memory hell foam mattress topper and chose the Reflex Superior Foam based on the handy foam comparison sheet. I wanted to buy from an established UK company and not take yet another chance with an unknown seller on shopping sites. I really hope the topper is what I need for an injured back.”
