“havengt received the foam yet so can only commenst on ordering process which i must say was extremely easy. web site a bit old fashioned looking but process very easy. if the foam turns out to be as expected i will certainly be using them again. great value for money and easy to use.”

“This only concerns the experience of placing an order. I found the print very small, and it was unclear at first how I could specify what sort of foam I wanted. It would be better if you had a continuous form, perhaps starting with foam type, and then the size. I appreciated that it was clear how to indicate you want to order another thing or to move to paying.”

“Would NOT recommend. Very disappointing experience overall, especially considering 20% of the new cushions was actually plastic - I have attached a photo of the plastic I pulled out of just ONE sofa cushion. Now that the plastic ‘stuffing’ has been removed, my sofa covers sag which defeats the purpose of getting them refilled in the first place! Most expensive plastic wrap I’ve ever bought. Pretty abysmal customer service as well, had to chase for return tracking information which I paid a fortune for on top of the actual refill. I have also requested an invoice several times but have yet to receive one almost a month on! The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant enough.”

Hi Jasmine, We’re sorry to see this review, but we do need to clarify an important point as the description of the “plastic stuffing” is inaccurate. The plastic shown in your photograph is not part of the cushion filling and was not supplied as a substitute for foam. It is a temporary protective film used during our fitting process. The cushions are compressed by machine to enable us to refit the foam into the customer’s existing covers cleanly and without damaging either the foam or fabric. The film simply helps the compressed cushion slide into the cover. It therefore does not make up 20% of the cushion contents, nor does it have any bearing whatsoever on the size, thickness or amount of foam supplied. Removing it cannot reduce the dimensions of the foam or cause a correctly sized cushion to become undersized. We apologise for any delay in providing the return tracking information for your delivery and invoice you requested. However, we felt it important to correct the suggestion that a significant proportion of the cushions you paid for consisted of plastic, as this simply isn't the case. Kind regards, eFoam
