“Product arrived quickly but was cut to incorrect dimensions which rendered the product not fit for its intended use as a custom sized mattress topper. I contacted them with reference to my ordered specifications, and photographs of the delivered product. They acknowledged the error, offered to “send an extra piece to glue on” which I declined as not an appropriate resolution. When I tried to arrange return for refund they ghosted me, leaving me with an ill fitting £150 product. Had used eFoam before but will not use again.”

Hi William, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to see this review. We fully acknowledge that there was an error with the dimensions supplied and we sincerely apologise for this. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we responded promptly and offered a number of solutions, including a replacement at no cost or a full return and refund. To proceed with a refund, we did request collection from the original delivery address, as unfortunately our couriers are unable to access certain restricted locations. We understand from your correspondence that the item had been moved to an address we were not able to arrange a collection from, and we asked for confirmation once it could be made available at an accessible address so we could arrange collection and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We have not received any further communication since our last email on 09.02.26, but we remain more than happy to help and complete the return and refund. Kind regards eFoam
