“Site needs updating! You cannot change quantities when already in the cart. It keeps reverting to original quantity! Other than this prices very reasonable unable to comment on quality until it arrives.”

“second page shows a memory foam topper. I recently ordered RC26987909 expecting a memory foam topper (this didn't happen). you have to go to 3rd page and add it again and this was confusing. so I have reorered it RC26991043. Hope this will be correct this time.”

“Placed an order and realised that I had put wrong measurement so as was busy sent email to rectify only to find that buy time email was received my order had already been processed Very tame apology and had to reorder with no discount offered because email hadn't been read! Would like to use efoam again but not sure now?”

“You could definitely do with a fresh new website! You have lot of information on the products but it's hard to chose the product as there is not enough clear photos or videos. I would suggest doing video reviews, someone talking about the various different types & what they are intended for. I just had to guess in the end as I still don't know if I chosen the correct product! The inconvenience of returning it is a pain so let hope its the right foam for what's it's intended for.”
