“As mentioned by others here, the density is NOT AS DESCRIBED. The seller provided foam which was IDENTICAL to soft foam previously purchased and the seller advertised this as "severe density" meaning it should be MUCH harder. Hence the product WAS MIS-SOLD. The seller was obstructive and has poor customer service. As the seller knows, it is not practical or cost effective for us to return the foam as the shipping and travel to shipping office is hardly worthwhile so wants the claim rejected, very, very poor business practise.”

“Ordered seat foam for a sofa chair.It arrived today and is absolutely brilliant.It has transformed the chair and it feels brand new.Measured up this morning to replace the foam on the sofa and ordered straight away.Fantastic service and would definately recommend EFoam to all my friends and family.”
