“I gave 4* not 5* because I've not seen any reassurance that over the Christmas period deliveries are still next day ie.I presume it's not next day as I'm ordering Christmas Eve, however, the website does not mention ANYTHING about Christmas period delivery estimations. However, I'd happily change this to 5* if my order does indeed arrive next day as the website says. The website experience in general seemed great! I hope I've ordered the correct depth and correct foam type as it's to go 'beneath' our sofa seating as a temporary measure until we properly get our actual sofa springbed repaired properly. So some feedback... 1. More videos on a) measurements for various scenarios (like our tired/broken sofa springbed) + b) Videos SHOWING how the various foams differ. 2. Reference Christmas Deliveries on your Delivery page, even if it is indeed still next day as normal.”
