“I have purchased several times from efoam since 2018, ready mattresses as well as foam to build my own mattress, and bought for friends and family as well. Their product has always been good quality. For two of my mattresses I only had to replace the top memory foam layer after 5 years. The rest of the foam layers are still going strong. Customer service has always been helpful.”

“Easy to place an order and would use again. The only downside is there is no email communication to say that your order has been received, you're left in limbo not knowing if the transaction has been processed, even on checking my credit card payment did not show up immediately on the day the goods were received. If this was addressed I would have given a 5 star rating. From ordering to receipt of goods was 4 days which was superb. Only knew the goods were being delivered as I received a text message from Simpyfoam to say they were out for delivery. Shame that the slight communication issue lets them down.”
