I found it very easy to choose the shape I needed and put in the correct size. I also found the advice/ information about the type of foam, firmness and extras very clear and extremely useful. It gave me confidence in what I was ordering and I didn't feel the need to search other sites for advice/comparison.
The style of the site is quite dated and it isn't mobile responsive which would improve the experience.
