Ordered 6.5cm thickness and received 6cm thickness, there is nothing on the website that states about 'tolerance' as I was told in an email, £10 difference in the 2 pieces I ordered (I've paid for cm which I haven't received) what's the point of having a made to measure piece, when it turns up short, if I wanted 6cm I would of ordered and paid for 6cm but I wanted 6.5 and I got 6cm. Just check your sizes on delivery!
