Easy-to-use website and reasonable delivery time. Nice that "hidden" costs such as VAT and delivery charges are included in the first quoted price: other websites look cheaper until you add on all the extras.
Unfortunately I made a mistake with the measurements and there is understandably no possibility of return or refund: maybe a large warning "CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS" on the website would help save others from the same silliness.
I'm ordering again - and have checked the dimensions three times!
(PS Does anyone want two Very Small seat cushions?!)
