Excellent service and very speedy delivery. The only downside was that for the seating I'm creating, the advice was to use firm at 7.5-10cm thickness. I opted for 7.5 and wished I'd ordered 5cm in medium, which is what I'd originally planned. It was too hard for my liking and my solution was to slice it myself with a saw, into 3 segments each of 2.5cm thick (my pieces were 46cm x 122cm so this took a bit of doing and was quite messy!) and order more pieces to go on top, of the softer variety at 2cm, totalling 4.5cm. I hope this is helpful. Otherwise really great and the foam is perfect in itself.
