The thickness of the foam can very quite a bit. Buying 1/4", it varies from about 2 to 8 mm. They have made a few mess-ups on orders I have placed, but have always sorted them out to my satisfaction. Each time I have been left with foam I did not pay for, so their mess ups were to my advantages.
