Very good response to online enquiry. When I called for guidance on completing the order online as I was having difficulty navigating to the cot safe product, the telephone response was less helpful. I would have been grateful for help in placing and paying for my order whilst I was on the phone, but was told I needed to complete it online. I had to get assistance from a younger member of the family!
