We had a query about the shape of the cushion and Efoam got back to us very quickly and provided the support that we needed. The website was informative and helped us to better understand how to measure and provide accurate measurements, there was also good advice on the right type of foam to get. We've ordered the foam now and look forward to receiving it - if we're happy with the product on arrival then the rating would change to 'very good'!
