Overall I am happy with efoams service. They are quick to deliver which is fantastic. However there are a few niggles that are not the greatest. Firstly, as a company based in the Highlands we get hit with the delivery surcharge. I understand this may be due to the couriers that are used but the transport links to where we are based are fantastic, also our current courier classes the whole of the UK as one price zone. So we cant help but feel there may possibly be a better deal for customers out there. Also when the foam sheets are delivered some have fairly significant curves in the edges, especially at the corners, forcing us to have to square off every sheet before cutting it to our specifications adding time and labour to our process.
