Very poor service. Waited almost a week and then whole day on the day of delivery. Nothing arrived. When called next day, I was given tracking number to chase the item myself. And the CS said that they will email the parcel company and that I have to wait for the response from the parcel company (they have no idea for how long).
The CS has no clue or the urge to chase up the parcel service they use. Totally disappointed.
