Over all an easy site to use. Looks nice although it could be a bit more modern. I did feel it could have a few more pictures showing what the foams looked like, particularly the ones wrapped in polyfibre, domed ones, etc. I called customers service twice, the ladies that answered were nice but I was hoping they were a bit involving maybe even to try to find out more about what I want it for, giving me more advice and even trying to sell me there and then on the phone. With so much competition out there every customer that call should really be dealt with as a potential sales. Nevertheless I would definitely buy it again from efoam.
