I've only just ordered, but so far it's great. Can use Paypal, very clear ordering form and prices updated as you choose your options. I found it very easy to understand how to measure my cushion and it was really good that the stockinette could be added. Had almost ordered batting separately before I realised they offered this. Saves me doing it!
