Very disappointing product. Ordered replacement sofa cushions, website advice was to order firm and I also chose the additional domed option and polyfibre wrap. When the items arrived the foam is not firm but rock hard, too hard to sit on with any comfort. The doming is non-existent and the foam is wrapped in loose cobweb like mesh that gathers and catches on the cushion covers. All concerns reported to customer services but no help offered as cut to measure products are apparently excluded from any returns - even if the product is substandard.
