on 5 August I ordered 4 pieces of foam with one rounded edge for dining chairs. The width and length were correctly entered, but arrived with the rounded edge along the side. When I rang up about this, the person who answered the phone implied that ' lot's of people have one rounded edge down the side'. After many phone calls and being ignored I was told on 29 August that if I returned the pads AT MY OWN COST they would correct this for me.
I returned them on 30 August, signed for with an accompanying letter giving the sizes again and stating NO rounded edge.
8 September I emailed again asking for an update, I was asked for the details AGAIN.
13 September I received the foam. As there had been a death in the family and I had had visitors I have not been able to do anything until yesterday.
Would you believe it, yes I would after all the previous incompetence, the original pads have been returned to me.
So, after all that, I have something that I am going to have to use and hope no-one notices and am also out of pocket having to send them back.
