Pros: I ordered 3 of the largest sheets of Convoluted Sound Treatment Panels, which are superb. I ordered them on a Thursday and they arrived the followbing Monday. Easy to cut up and shape - I’m really happy with the final results. They look great, but the difference it has made to the sound has been the most surprising. The spray glue is also excellent, making it very easy to apply and install these panels single handedly. These panels are made to a high standard and I’m pleased that I chose to use this company. Cons: Although the delivery time was relatively short, I had no confirmation for when they would arrive, so couldn’t really organise when I would fit them. When I called on the Monday to enquiry of the delivery date, the customer service I received was, unfortunately, rather poor. I spoke to a woman who appeared to have zero enthusiasm for her job, whom I seem to have had to prise information out of. She eventually told me they’d be delivered the following day. “Can you tell what sort of time I should expect them?” - “No.” “Between...?” - “Between 9 and 5... or 6”. They ended up turning up later that day - so not very helpful or accurate information. The Free Foam Pillow, on orders of over £150 is quite frankly a joke and the worst pillow you will ever come across - it’s basically a pillow case filled with off-cuts, resealed and presented in some fancy packaging. Needless to say, I threw it away. Anyway, maybe I’m being unnecessarily harsh. The end result was that I got a great product, for a good price, within a very reasonable delivery time. Would I use them again? - Absolutely.
