just received the product, completely wrong product and when I called customer services the person that answered the phone was rude and threatening telling me that they will charge 10% for as far as she is concerned she sent out the correct product. Be aware as what is on advertised is not what you will be getting. When I continued informing her its the wrong product she said she will put the phone down and I can take her to court. They must have so many customers that they can afford to be rude!! I will send it back and if Efoam want to take 10% I will claim this money back as its no good that rude companies get away with my money. This is a stock item and not a bespoke item and its in my consumer right that all the money is refunded.
