It has excellent reviews from an external site, which itself is a forum I regularly frequent.
The website is easy to follow, perhaps a seperate page for the foam types rather than leaving it until the middle of the order would be an improvement, but on the whole, a decent site, good structure, decent prices and good feedback. FREE snail mail delivery or slightly dearer next day delivery, What else is there they can do?
